My experience at this shop was disappointing. I reported an inconsistent problem: the car revving up while slowing down. The main mechanic drove it briefly, declared no issue, and laughed when I asked about a computer diagnostic and told me that the computer cant find everything, mocking me to his colleagues as well. Vince and team are amazing. They correctly diagnosed only what I needed to have done on my car and didn’t pressure me to get things done unnecessarily. Unlike other mechanics that lectured me on work that I supposedly “required”. So grateful to have mechanics I can trust. I will always bring my car here.
