Ive been to this office a few times. And everytime I've been i have appreciated the lady at reception. I dont know how to say this ,but she sits at the corner of the desk and is a woman of color. I want to say her name is "Jo" .I might be wrong. She is the most pleasant,helpful person with such a warm comforting demeanor. My experience was great because of her.

- I can't speak for the care of the cardiologist this review is purely for "Jo" who they have speaking to their patients - “Jo” left a message for me that I was booked in for an appointment with Dr.Mahal. I had questions regarding my medications I would need answered prior to the test so I called back during office hours and a message was left with the clinic as no one answered. (The office is open from 8:30 - 4:30 but they shut the phones off for lunch from 12- 1:30 and also shut them off at 3) - Received a call back the ne... read more

I can’t speak to the quality of the medical treatment but the office assistant for Dr. Mak is condescending and rude. I called to advise my mother was admitted to the hospital and the response was “what do you want us to do about it?” If you can’t speak to people dealing with health concerns in a courteous manner, maybe she needs to find a new line of work.

I’m very impressed with Dr. Mahal for his professional & compassionate abilities. Dr. Mahal preformed a Cardioversion at LGH. I’m truly grateful for his support and visits with me. I highly recommend him with 5 rating
