I visited the Haverhill office on 9/16/25 & I’m still getting the runaround. Supposedly the hearing aids were ordered, have come in but I still can’t reach anyone there. Office staff has had a bit of a shake up, but that is no excuse. I received a form from MAHEALTH stating that the pre-authorization was sent in with missing information. No determination can be made until it is completed. What is going on?
Excellent service and information. I highly recommend this office.
