Things were handled perfectly in my steps in getting a new hearing aid. There is a newer model out and that will take a couple weeks to get them but my hearing test was very thorough as it always should be of course. Very happy they found this new equipment so quickly and right in time. I will post another review after I get them. Good place.

First time getting hearing aids & not sure what to expect. Mitch takes his time explaining everything. Never felt rushed, no big sales pitch, no pressure; just a pleasant conversation about the process, & the devices. The prices are more than the over the counter hearing aids offered at big box stores & Amazon but for the personalized adjustments & tuning, the nation wide availability for parts, service, & adjustments; I felt that the price was fair & reasonable.

I found Dr. Stein to be very validating and compassionate. His receptionist was very polite and professional as well. The office also had updated technology gave me a more accurate picture of my hearing loss and he sat down with me and took the time to explain all the results , information and options. I am really glad I found his office as I was extremely anxious since I had sudden hearing loss attack.
