Doing their absolute best with the personal available. Was not a safe space for me at the time, being the end of a long weekend. But staff is very knowledgeable and learning as they go. Appreciate the support I received

My grandma is currently in this hospital, nearing end of life. The staff have been amazing. My grandma's last wish was to pass at ARCH. Unfortunately, there isn't any beds there. The staff's level of care and compassion is far superior to the Sault Area Hospital. Even though she may not make it to ARCH, she is at least in a place with kind and caring staff.

I don't have a family doctor and there are no walk in clinics in blind river so I went to the hospital for my medical issues. I had 4 issues to deal with. After waiting for 5 hours, I was finally seen by a doctor. He said that he was not a family doctor and that I had to pick 1 out of the 4 issues that I felt was the most important because he was not able to help me with anything else. If u have a basic health problem go here, if you have an advanced problem that requires top end highly educated doctors head south. For preventive health care head south. They will catch whatever ls wrong with you when your farther advanced they don't have the knowledge to catch anything prior.

I spent 3 nights in this hospital and had the best care ever. I cannot say enough good things about the staff which started in the emerge. A huge thank you to the best nurse in Acute care Suzanne!! She went above and beyond for me and my care. Thank you, thank you, thank you !! Also to the angel nurse that brought me nice cold water at 5 am every morning when I sure needed it .
