they saved me from being in a world of pain while I was on vacation.
If there were any other options I would recommend them over NSH. All they care about is you come back for another appointment. Zero concern for a person's actual health and provide attitude and retaliation when you disagree with them. Odd considering they are almost always wrong. They think you're to stupid to understand your own medical records so they are withheld when requested until one of their conmen can get you to come back for another appointment. Lovey friendly and helpful staff. Very effective and efficient
Recently a black fly collided with my eye on a dog walk. Painful and then four days later with flashes and floaters, I checked myself in to the North Shore Health ER. I was greeted by Nurse Moree and then Dr. Taleb in what turned out to be a competent and compassionate two hour comprehensive exam. In every moment I was treated with respect, kindness, and even joyful fun to alleviate the stress I was feeling inside. I have read that "it depends who you get" here, as the shifts change. 3000 for a bag flow sugar water for heat exhaustion. Didn't care I had insurance. Would prefer you were dead if your poor.
