This is 1 on 1 hand therapy sessions, rather than a therapy mill where therapists run between patients. Dori is a very nice and caring hand therapist who also happens to be an occupational therapist as well. It's too bad insurance decided I didn't need her services anymore even though carpal tunnel syndrome has left me with, bilateral, moderate to severe numbness, greatly reduced grip strength and dexterity.
