Well so much for trying to support local businesses! I made an appointment for today at 330 arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, and was told at 330 that the person who was going to do my hair was out, but she would be back shortly. There was one other person ahead of me who got served and then when they were done with him I assumed she would at the VERY least start by shampooing my hair until the other attendant arrived!
