Dr Springer took very good care of me. His secretary was really helpful and knew the different insurances. My experience was pleasant and I will go back again.

I had been a patient of Dr. Springer for about 40 years. He is kind, caring and I would highly recommend him. I have never had an issue with his office or staff and now that I have moved out of state, it has been difficult to find a doctor that comes close to Dr. Springer, unfortunately. To the gentleman who wrote the view about finances and scamming, he is obviously a patient who did not give the right information to the office. Dr Springers office refuses to take my correct insurance information and is threatening to send me to collections. The secretary refused to help me and told me I have to take it up with the Cleveland Clinic. They keep adding charges to my account for consultations that supposedly happened over 4 months ago? This is noT the first time they have tried to pull this scam on me. They use unethical billing practices and double bill.
