I've eagerly anticipated writing this review for the past four weeks, during which my car was in for repairs. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the outset, the lady at the front desk greeted me rudely, speaking over me without asking for my name, only my registration number. Throughout our interaction, she frequently used the dismissive term "nup." Despite being initially told it would take two weeks to fix my car, it ended up taking four. My ute went it to have its gearbox repaired in November last year on the drive home O/D light flashes...it gradually gets worse with over reving and O/D light on inconsistently over $8500.00 paid to Ford and the vehicle is now sitting in our towns dealership awaiting correct repairs to be conducted...no wonder ford doesn't make vehicles in Australia any more.
