North Shore Ford has been extremely helpful with our vehicle issues. Everyone is helpful and willing to listen to any problems or concerns we have been having. The support staff, Linda, is always willing to give me a ride home and pick me back up after my vehicle has been serviced. I feel like part of the family there and can count on them to help me in any way possible.
love going to ford dealer in elliot lake. the poeple there are great, frendly, service is fast and they are punctual. they even wash youre my truck before giving it back to me.the girls in auto service are the best.
Had an issue with my exhaust and couldn't get an appointment till the following week. The gentleman at the counter offered to come and see what he could do to help me in the meantime. He was able to temporarily fix it with some wire till my part comes in. An amazing experience and young man.
