I recently had emergency service performed there. My electrical system was dead and my car would not start. I had it towed there and the service staff got me back on the road in short order. Unfortunately the ownership is where my problem exists. The issue was a faulty battery. It had been replaced at another Ford dealership and it included a warranty. Husband went in today for hid appointment to take his mother's truck in to fix the tailgate handle because it wouldn't open. They told him it would be about an hour, so he went for a walk. When he came back he found they did nothing. They told him they couldn't get the tailgate open and didn't know how. They charged him $80.00. Terrible service! He ended up stopping at a gentleman's place that knows about vehicles and he helped my husband get the tailgate open. Thank you neighbour. Shame on this dealership!
