Husband went in today for hid appointment to take his mother's truck in to fix the tailgate handle because it wouldn't open. They told him it would be about an hour, so he went for a walk. When he came back he found they did nothing. They told him they couldn't get the tailgate open and didn't know how. They charged him $80.00. Terrible service! He ended up stopping at a gentleman's place that knows about vehicles and he helped my husband get the tailgate open. Thank you neighbour. Shame on this dealership!
I have been buying vehicles from North Shore Ford for many years and the staff and service never disappoint. I recently purchased a new Ford Ranger Lariat and I was treated very professionally by Marc Sanders and Dave Tressider.
I brought in my Bronco for an oil change, and I was impressed that Maureen went ahead and replaced the key fob battery for me because she noticed it needed it. Now that is service!
