My experience here applying for a construction loan was terrible. I was working with Amanda and was very disappointed. After a dozen of successful mortgage transactions, I had the worst experience one could ever imagine at this North Shore Federal Credit Union branch. After she pulled my credit and initial documentation, she gave me an approval but never sent me initial loan disclosure. I had to express how I felt about her treatment and she called and apologized.
