I am impressed with the care provided. Dr Diep is very kind and reassuring. I had an urgent issue and was promptly given an appointment. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The receptionists and technicians were wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everything was efficient and well organized. Highly recommend.
I'm consistently disappointed with the customer service at North Shore Eye Associate. The wait times are unreasonably long, both in the office and when trying to reach them by phone. I've been left on hold for extended periods, and it makes scheduling or getting simple answers incredibly difficult. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable."
Dr.. Carter willia Lim is a good doctor. if the appointent is 2 :30 you will have to wait over an hour to see him. I guess its worth the wait
