Sept. 1, 2026 -- noon While waiting for my appointment, there was an older lady waiting, but she was squealing in pain and covering her eye. Can you imagine in a medical office, not one person inquired after her?? The receptionist pretended to ignore her and when said lady's husband asked for someone to see her, he was told her doctor was busy. Surely in a setting of doctors someone could have seen her within minutes. Would this office even notice or care if the other patients called 911? Talk about irony...
Dr. Diep is terrific! I feel my vision is in excellent care. Thank you.
