Had eye surgery here recently after years of regular check ups. Honestly, couldn’t ask for better care. Everything was very well organized and I’m really happy with the results.
The actual experience at this office is nowhere near what the negative reviews are talking about. I had 0 issues, everyone from the reception to the Dr. were polite and professional and in total only spent maximum 15 minutes waiting
Incredible! I received a message saying I missed an appointment however I wasn't even aware who these guys were. Yvaine failed to communicate with me I was simply trying to understand what was this all about and told me there was several voice messages sent however I only received one and it was barely audible. Why argue? Trying to gather as much information as possible location etc...she was not easy to speak with and maintained that I was the one at fault. Absolutely the most rude and disrespectful receptionist that I have EVER encountered. She called me after a referral from my Dr. for a Chalzone on my eyelid. She proceeded to give me a date and time that I was unable to attend, so I gave her the days and times that I was available for, and Thursday or Friady between 1030am and 1pm. This lady proceeded to insist I could only attend a 745am appointment on a Thursday and that that was the only time and DAY available, ever, for me.?! My parents have been patients of Dr. Tischler for years and we love seeing him. However, the old lady technician upstairs who does the testing is very rude. She definitely needs more patience knowing her daily routine is to work with elderlies. She was so rude to my mom. The way she misplaced the plastic eye patch to my mom and it was clipping onto her skin.
