Reception staff were warm and friendly, easy to book in, Justin Kong was welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. I felt safe in his care. Very thorough investigation of my problem.
My child had surgery with Dr Pang for an ENT issue and the whole experience was really good. Dr Pang is very experienced and made us feel reassured every step of the way. The surgery went smoothly and it was definitely worth the wait. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the reception team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Pang and the team.
I visited Dr. Kong for a sinus issue, and he was fantastic. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the treatment options clearly, and made me feel very comfortable.
