I always look forward to my visits, it's a great experience each time. Sharlene is excellent at what she does, and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've been going for years and am so incredibly thankful to have been introduced to her. Thanks to her I've never had to deal with underarm hair, etc. If you want permanent hair removal done right, North Shore Electrolysis Clinic is the place.

Sharlene seems nice at first, but she turned out to be very ignorant about her own white privilege. After a respectful discussion with her and leaving pleasantly after an appointment, she avoided me and wouldn’t respond when I was trying to rebook. She is cowardly, and her basement isn’t the cleanest place. Her desk is a huge mess and I’ve seen old eggshells strewn across her papers. If you want to go to her, make sure never to talk about anything meaningful. We can do better than this.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I feel very fortunate to have met Sharlene and for her to become my electrolysist. Her kindness and warmth is palpable, leaving me feeling very comfortable in her care. She is dedicated to her work, and offers it at a fair price.
