I live in Philadelphia, I found North Shore Cycle on the internet. I messaged them. a d within minutes. I got a message back. It was someone named Mark. He helped me with everything I needed. He was extremely professional. And answered me every single time I messaged him. This place is awesome. Shipping was extremely fast and Mark stayed in contact. Even after I received the bike. I sent Mark a message to thank him for all his help. And he quickly responded. Extremely professional!!!
I picked up a Haro Shredder 20 for my son on 5/1, GREAT customer service. Awesome easy fast contactless pickup. Total time from order placed to pickup was under an hour! Thank you to the North Shore Cycles team for making my sons weekend!
I live in Silver Spring MD. And I was looking for an SE Beast Mode a few months ago. They had them on pre-order. So I contacted them to see if I could place an order and if they would deliver to my home. Yes, they did!!! My son told me at the last minute about the bike he wanted for his birthday. We found the bike on North Shore Cycles website and ordered. I wasn’t sure if it would get here on time for his birthday because of what’s going on in the world right now. But to my surprise it shipped just a couple days later and got here the day after it shipped. WOW!!! Thank you so much North Shore Cycle!!
