I’m not sure if anyone reads these comments, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding leadership at the Wilmette branch. Been baking here for many years. Great people.
I gave a rating of 4 because there was a wait of 45 mins because of a line and the bank was short staffed. Olimpia did stop by and let us know when were were going to be serviced a few times. That was good. Olimpia was very good and efficient in getting our account and safety deposit set up. That part of the experience was very good.
She was patient kind and extremely knowledgeable with my questions thank you
The atmosphere in the branch was excellent — everyone was welcoming, smiling, and made a point to address clients by name. While I was working with one of the bankers to renew my CD, Branch Manager Terrell Perry came over to introduce himself, provided his card, and expressed that he was glad to meet me, even though I was not adding new funds at that time.
