From its founding to the present, I have had many interactions with various personnel at the bank. All have been helpful, courteous, and professional.
Th bank’s employees are friendly, cooperative and considerate of my needs. I have been banking there for several years because of their service.
I am pulling all my money out of North Shore Community Bank (NSCB) and recommending to all friends and family to do the same. This is not a community bank. It’s a subsidiary of one of the 50 largest banks in the US and their customer service + policies show it. I’d been a client since the early 90s. When I moved out of the Chicago area, I opened new accounts at a bank in my new state but decided to keep ~$7,000 emergency funds at NSCB. NorthShore Community Bank is the very definition of a community institution. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and very helpful. I was getting something notarized and David Kiel created cover pages on the banks letterhead and went out of his way to ensure everything was done correctly. I will always bank with NorthShore Community Bank in Wilmette!!
