Been baking here for many years. Great people.
I gave a rating of 4 because there was a wait of 45 mins because of a line and the bank was short staffed. Olimpia did stop by and let us know when were were going to be serviced a few times. That was good. Olimpia was very good and efficient in getting our account and safety deposit set up. That part of the experience was very good.

The atmosphere in the branch was excellent — everyone was welcoming, smiling, and made a point to address clients by name. While I was working with one of the bankers to renew my CD, Branch Manager Terrell Perry came over to introduce himself, provided his card, and expressed that he was glad to meet me, even though I was not adding new funds at that time. I visited this branch last week feeling very upset about an issue with my online banking and needed help with my account. Based on past experiences, I honestly did not want to come into the branch. However, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the new branch manager, Terrell Perry. Whether he noticed the look on my face or was simply being courteous, his kindness made an instant difference.
