SCAM. I sent in my insurance info and they assured me I only had a $30 copay. A few sessions in and they claim they misunderstood the insurance info. They backdoored a huge initiation fee and more money for every session we did. I would not have agreed to the sessions if they had told me about these fees up front. Easy and simple process to fill out new client paperwork on their website. Very quick responses via email and I was able to set up my first appointment within a week. I’ve been seeing my therapist through tele-health for about 9 months and she is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I've recommend this place to friends and family as well.
So far this is the first time I actually look forward to going to therapy. I tread lightly as I had been betrayed in the past by some psychiatrists/therapists, although I am still new and building my relationship with my therapist, I do enjoy our sessions and appreciate her as she finds time to work around my schedule. It's hard finding someone you "click" with. I'm not sure why so many bad reviews. I feel people only take the time out of the day to leave reviews when bad so i figured i would leave a positive one :) I think ... read more

I have used this facility for both individual and family therapy. They have always been extremely professional, discreet and thorough. The renovated offices are beautiful. I highly recommend their services.
