Very helpful and straight up. Couldn't help us but answered our questions and put us on the right track to solve our problem.
Can highly recommend Craig and the team. As first time caravan buyers we were relying on good advice and information. We did not feel pressured at all and the purchasing process was seamless including the extras that we had installed. After sales service has been good, putting right a couple of small problems. We are completely stoked with our Coachman and it has lived up to all our hopes including "why didn't we do this before". Above and beyond. I bought my van from the team at North Shore two years ago. Naturally owning such a toy comes with regular servicing, upgrading and the odd fix. Whenever I’m need Craig is on hand with a solution. After sales experience has been great.
