NEVER AGAIN - I used to take North Shore Limo 10+ times a year for business. This winter I arranged a pickup at Logan in the middle of some snow flurries. I arrived on time, but the driver gave up and I had to take a taxi home ($145). I raised a stink with the owner, who had a terrible attitude. Three months later, I reserve a limo to pick me up at the house and THEY GHOSTED ME and blocked my number !!! Why I used them a 2nd time, I have no idea. Jerks.
Great service, communication, and was waiting for us after the concert. Car was exceptionally clean as well. Thank you!
