I had my windscreen replaced at BMW North Shore and had a great experience from start to finish. Zane was professional, polite, and kept me informed throughout the process. The replacement was completed efficiently, and the workmanship was excellent. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the high level of customer service and would happily recommend BMW North Shore to anyone needing repairs or servicing.

I want to express my appreciation for the efforts of John, the acting manager of the bodyshop with Jeremy being on vacation. I contacted the bodyshop Tue 7 April after my left rear wheel on my M4 came loose and I had had to call BMW Roadside Assistance (which worked well). He accepted without question responsibility, because the car had been worked on by them and the rear wheels removed. Jeremy and his Team are just amazing! We had to have our car repaired after an accident, which required a part to be shipped in from Germany. Repair was quick and effortless and through it all we were kept informed re: progress. Stellar service!
