This is the worst condition I have ever seen the beach in over the last 20 years. I have been paying for many years, $700.00 for a unkept disgrace? Its so sad, probably the best thing this community has to offer and is so neglected.
If a beach association is going to take people's money to use a beach, they could at least invest money into the beach with repairs, upgrades, maybe some landscaping. Perhaps people should ask this association where the dues they pay actually go. Is it going to this association or their personal bank accounts.
