This NEVER works. Don’t bother even going to it, it’s broke or damaged and north shore won’t fix it. Just skip it
This place didn’t want to let me in, because I didn’t have my check card, and only my passport . My wallet was stolen and the lady kept telling me to show an ID! I guess a passport isn’t a valid ID at north shore bank these days. Plus, it’s not my fault they have to buzz people in with a cc or check card because the neighborhood is trash. I’ve been a customer for 6 years now, and will be terminating my business and personal accounts here shortly . Got a rude receptionist - told her she was being rude and asked for supervisor and she hung up on me! Update i called back and got the same rep Deandre this time i advised her i was recording her and asked for a supervisor! She put me on hold and I finally got a supervisors voice mail after 10min!
