I am a long time customer of this branch bank. Other than recently, I have been pleased with their services. In September 2025 they installed a new drive-up ATM machine. Shortly after its installation, I experienced a problem in using it. More specifically, it was very difficult to read the screen. After some investigation on my part, I discovered this new ATM had a privacy screen that prevented its display from being seen when viewed from an angle. Friendly staff but I had a small account that went inactive and the fees/ penalties were steep. I’ll just keep my credit union 5 hours away, they treat me better.
