The top level is a good price, $20, but I'd say it's only effective if your car is dirty, not filthy. Didn't get rid of underlying dirt or crusty bird poop.

This "car wash" is just a glorified garden hose. Spent the $15 for the basic wash just for my car to still be dirty. Obviously I wasn't expecting a top tier wash but come on, this is embarrassing. Attached a picture of my hood after getting home and you can decide. Honestly, this place only looks busy because of the water restrictions. Rain does the same thing to my car, but at least its free. The staff are probably great, but I came here to get my car washed, not the customer service.

I had the pleasure of being helped out by Matthew today. Yesterday I came here to wash my girlfriend’s car and unfortunately the machine glitched and I had to pay twice for a wash. I came in today hoping to speak to someone and by chance Matthew happened to be there. He assisted me immediately and gave me a free wash for my inconvenience. Thank you again Matthew!

I was tried North Shore Auto Wash today and was very happy that my car came out super clean. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go again!
