Similar experience to the others that posted photos of their vehicles with dirt streaks and road grime. I think the machines aren't very well maintained. I would wait until the owner announces that they've updated or recently maintained the machines before using this car wash. 1/10 experience, sorry guys... fix your gear.
Waste of money. My windows and mirrors weren't any cleaner after the wash and the back of my car was still filthy. I used a wet wipe on the back right after the wash and it was BLACK after just a couple wipes.
