I had a really good experience with Dominick. I brought my Tesla Model X to him with an issue, and he figured it out and fixed it much quicker than I expected. He clearly knows his stuff and works efficiently. He’s also just a good, friendly person who’s easy to talk to and willing to help. He explained what was going on without making it complicated, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely go back to him again. - Kul
I just had my car repaired here for the second time in a year. I had no problem returning after my first experience. For the second time, the car was professionally repaired and detailed so it looks like brand new inside and out. Every detail was meticulously taken care of to bring the car back to it's original beautiful self. The service staff was incredible as well. During the brutal snow storm recently, either through cleaning the car or having it scrape against ice while parking, I noticed a visible scratch that was very irritating. Just by chance I happened to drive past North Shore Auto & Towing later that day, and I stopped in to see if the scratch could be compounded out. Dominick had one of the employees bring my car into the shop and ten minutes later, like magic, the scratch was gone!
