I had my car repaired here after sustaining serious damage to the undercarriage and front bumper/grille of my car. North Shore Auto fixed my car in around a week and returned it looking brand new. Dominick clearly explained the work done on the car and took care of insurance paperwork I needed filled out. Had my 2025 BMW X5 Mineral White in after someone swiped my front bumper. Was afraid the paint wouldn't match but came out perfect. Dominick and everyone at the shop was very helpful from start to finish. Excellent customer service !

A co-worker recommended me this place and I had a really smooth and pleasant experience. Kosta provided me with the estimate, I appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, and honesty (hard to find these days). I was told the repair will take about a week, and I informed them I will have a rental for a week. I was very pleased they finished the work within the timeframe, actually a day earlier. They did a great job on the bumper, car looks brand new. One satisfied customer here and I highly recommend this bodyshop.
