Excellent experience. The team was incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain my insurance coverage and the entire repair process and timeline. The repairs were top-notch and my car looks brand new. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended.
A few weeks ago, my car was hit in a parking lot. I was so upset. My first call was to North Shore, and Alex answered. From that first phone call, I felt reassured. The paint color is different from the car body. What's even more outrageous is that the paint has also peeled off.
They were very helpful from beginning to end. The car looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. Definitely recommend if you need any kind of work done.
