I was shocked with the new management over at North Shore. Dominick and his team do incredible work. They are attentive to all details and requests. I truly could not be happier with the results. Would recommend to everyone!!!
Came to North Shore after my local mechanic passed away, was super impressed with their Tesla assistance (they are Tesla certified shop). They were reasonably priced and super great at communicating. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Will give you the run around. Tell you everything you want to hear and when the time comes for service they change their words. Dominick is extremely unprofessional and rude with the way he speaks to his customers. Don’t waste your time.
I had my Audi convertible repaired with Dominick at North shore auto and towing a Audi certified shop. I can't explain how happy I am with the work that was done to my car. I was referred through Northwell health system to Dominick and even the staff is so professional dealing with Joey was a breeze. Dominick is very knowledgeable and he knows his stuff.
