I have had great experiences at the Huntington office with Sue O'Brien (PA), Dr. Paynes and the nurse, Pat. However, the front office (New Hyde Park) in terms of insurance issues and appointments is unprofessional and disorganized. Keep track of your payments and appointments because the admin staff won't be able to help. I called today to cancel an appointment and the receptionist told me the system was down and to call back another time and hung up on me. Not even willing to take a message.
