my roof was not tarped properly during a rain storm. this lead to massive water damage throughout my duplex which is my rental property. the restoration company that came out was never paid by the owner of North Shield (he refused to take out an insurance claim and instead agreed to pay out of pocket which didn’t happen) a lien was to be put on my duplex due to the unpaid bill. Good quality, very professional. Kept us in the loop on the start date. All around if my roof needs to be replaced again well when it does me and my family will be going with North Shield.
