John is one of the best massage therapists I’ve worked with. His pressure is spot-on - firm, effective, and never uncomfortable - and he tailors each session to exactly what your body needs. He’s also incredibly professional and kind, creating a calm, welcoming experience every time. Most importantly, his work delivers real results. He’s helped me improve ongoing back, glute, knee, and Achilles pain, and I always leave feeling noticeably better in both pain and mobility. Highly recommend.
Had a massage with John and it was great. Very calming and methodical. Was able to get a great sports oriented massage that got all the soreness and aches out. Felt like a million bucks after!

I’ve been getting massage therapy here for years. So has my wife. The difference, for me, between Johanna and other therapists, is that she listens. She listens, and works with me to figure out what approach will best help me meet my health and fitness goals. I’m a long distance runner, and although I’m beyond my PR days, I still push myself.
