I was at a Doctor appointment across town from home and when I came out my battery was dead. I got the number for Stephen Hank's North Scottsdale Auto Service from a random Google search. It was a fortunate accident! He came quickly and we discovered that my old battery did not have enough power left to recover. My husband and I found ourselves stranded with a dead battery. I randomly chose to call this business and spoke w/Steve who immediately began to troubleshoot the potential problem AND reassure us that he would take care of us. He also made recommendations for us to try before spending money for a tow. He definitely had our best interest in mind. I called for a jump service and Stephen was there in less then twenty minutes. He provided such fast and friendly service! Very grateful for him to come out especially having a three month old baby and my mom with me! He even gave me directions and advice on purchasing a new battery. Very thankful and have this company phone number saved in my phone!
I bought a new battery around a year ago from North Scottsdale Auto Service. Today my car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. Within an hour of me calling, Stephen was out with a new battery, which was covered under warranty and car was up a running again with no issues. Highly recommend their service.
