*** of Chim-Tec came to our house to seal our brick chimney. While here, he noticed a couple of other problem areas and took care of them for us. This is the second time that *** has done work for us, the previous job being the installation of a chimney liner last year. Based upon our experience, *** is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and great at what he does. We also find him to be responsive and reliable. My husband and I are very happy with the work that *** has done for us.
If I could give zero starts I would. Was quoted $16,000 for repairs on our chimney which was paid in full. ******************* was less than professional and did not complete job that he was paid to do which resulted in a chimney fire. He did come back and "finish" the job after the fire which was not done appropriately. Had 2 inspections after the work was completed as a "favor" and I was disgusted to say the least.
