Online has one set of hours, the door has another, then their sign has ANOTHER set of hours. Came in while the parking lot was empty and not a soul in the waiting room yet they were “too busy to see me.” It was early too.
This healthcare facility is highly unprofessional and neglectful of patient care. The staff’s disrespectful attitude towards patients is evident from the moment one enters the premises. Patients are not only subjected to this disrespect but also denied necessary follow-up appointments despite being prescribed medications that require ongoing monitoring.
