Marlene is absolutely the best.
Staff are second to none from top to bottom. I should have switched a long time ago. For the first time, I actually look forward to going to the doctor.....
The doc herself was very good at what she does.. however there was major miscommunication when it comes to billing. My first apt I was told there wasn’t a copay. Then billed later for the copay. Then my next visit I needed urine work. They did not tell me they’d be sending it out for me to be billed 160 for lab work. I never received my results from them only a bill from lab corp. they did not make any attempts to right the wrong. I would take your business elsewhere.
