Valeria Mcpherson does an amazing job understanding and listening to her patients I highly recommend her as your physician
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mackin for a few years now and have truly appreciated her attentiveness to my medical concerns and treatment plans she’s provided. She has always made me feel heard and well cared for. I understand and agree with other reviews mentioning that it can sometimes be difficult to get in contact with the office and that wait times can be longer than expected. We just saw Valerie M. for the first time and we were very impressed. She spent a great amount of time on a wellness check for my senior mom and was incredibly caring and attentive to her. She listened to our concerns and gave us great information/feedback. The nurse tech who helped us was also very friendly and kind, and got us in a little early. Would definitely recommend going to see Valerie!
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and service. No one ever answers the phone, and even when you leave voicemails and messages in the portal they refuse to return your calls. I have never been so disappointed and irritated with any business in my life! This office couldn't care less about their patients. They are inconsistent, unreliable, and inaccessible. I would not recommend this office.
I liked Dr. Mackin as my son’s doctor. She seemed good with kids and observant. She diagnosed my son with ADHD by carefully listening to everything I shared, even though I wasn’t aware of all the signs I was mentioning. Additionally, she was efficient in providing his school with all the necessary information to be put on a 504 plan. My biggest complaint, however, is the wait time and delayed/lack of response through the portal or calls.
