Awesome service and timely. Had a Roman style sunken bathtub faucet emergency. These guys are my new hero's, they found and stopped a serious broken copper pipe leak. Replaced the trim and taps, which was not easy. Many thanks
Was very grateful that NSP was able to come and fix my leaking exterior taps (which another plumber said was unfixable without redoing interior piping). Dave fixed them both, even the super stubborn one. Voila! No leaking taps and I don't have to wrench my arm to shut them off. Should have called them sooner. Thank-you.
We received the recommendation from Sidney Fb Group about North Saanich Plumbing after our toilet got blocked. We sent them a message right away. We got an instant reply from Aaron. I called them the next morning and Mark answered the phone. He said someone will be coming there in the next few hours. Cain (The Savior!) showed up. The problem was fixed by 12 noon. Thank God! They all provided outstanding service! Highly recommend this Guys.
I used North Saanich Pluming. Cane did a great job but I was surprised to discover that they charge in 30 min increments. So a 1hr 15 min job was billed at 1hr 30 min. Too much IMHO. Other than that A-okay.
North Saanich did a good multiple hot water tank replacement at my condo bldg, so I called them re a noisy toilet. They charged me $543 to replace a flapper & valve. The exact part is listed online for $65 - I was charged $136. I was also charged double travel time coming and going, because they didn't have the right part in the truck on the first visit. I was even charged for their time to go online and order the part. I questioned the cost but without success.
