Terrible service. Won't even return calls.
I mean the doctors there are good, but it takes more than half an hour wait time each time even we have made an appointment is just not ok…we only come here when our regular GP is all booked out or out of office, otherwise won’t come here to waste my time.
This clinic has great doctors and i've always loved it but offlate the rude/incompetent reception staff are getting to me. I called to get a pathology referral for my daughter resent and she goes 'normally you need an appointment for these'. This referral was provided 3 months ago and i'm only asking for it to be resent. You honestly expect patients to make another appointment for this? It's ridiculous. Please sort out your process for this scenario. People are human and these things happen.

They say they have bulk billing but when you tell them you have overseas insurance they charge you with higher number !!! Be aware NO consistency in prices .. Doctor Owen is great though
