Dr. Rhodes and his staff are the best. Highly recommend this practice.
This used to feel like a family friendly dentist office that was affordable with reasonable prices, but now it’s all about how much money this office can get from you. My first visit 3 years ago was only $40.00, but now to get the same experience help that I need I have to pay almost $1,000. That’s insane!!! I don’t know what happened or someone else has taken over this company but it’s not the same!
Went there years ago and it was great but that compassion has turned into dollar signs unfortunately. Want to get a severe infection and treatment plan, have insurance, and was told I’d have to pay them $514 upfront to even have an exam due to a late balance I paid off years ago as well. I’m heartbroken to see this office go in that direction. I was hopeful to get my severe dental issues resolved here, but I can see I made a mistake. Hope the office sees improvements again in the future.
Historically I haven’t enjoyed the dentist, but I definitely felt comfortable with Kara and Dr. Rhodes at North Roanoke Dental Associates.
