Kobe looked incredible after his session with Clea — neat, fresh, and so happy! Clea clearly has a special touch and genuine love for dogs. Not only did she do a meticulous job with his coat, but she also took such gentle care with him throughout. He came home strutting like a little superstar, and even days later, we’re still getting compliments on how well-groomed and cute he looks. We’ve been coming to this Vet for over 20 years with several dogs. Their service and knowledge has been consistently outstanding. It’s given us great peace of mind knowing our pets are well looked after in their care. Lucy and Tiffany have been especially amazing as we battle a health challenge with our cavoodle.
This place is becoming more and more uncomfortable to visit, and feels more and more like a cash grab. The only reason that I still take my fur baby to NRVC is because Dr. Jenny is a wonderful vet. Firstly, most front desk staff don't know how to use Gap Only. In the past I used to go home, they'd call me and I would pay the difference. Now with their new policy, you can't leave the premises until Gap Only comes through, which can take up to 20-30 minutes. This week we had to say goodbye to our little old man Bentley. He became unwell in a relatively short space of time. Jenny was amazing, so diligent, kind and caring. We would like to thank the entire team for looking after our boy for many years. His medical needs, which thankfully were never major were always handled so well and nothing was ever too much trouble. He always loved his boarding time and was so well cared for.
