This review reflects my experience at North Road Optical...not with the new owners and renamed/relocated store. ******** Ali is the best! He is caring and kind and very patient especially when it hard to choose the frames you want! He has a heart of gold and a personality to match! I never leave there without a few great laughs. He has an awesome variety of frames and great prices! No one comes close to him in customer service!
Muhammed was extremely helpful and found me a great pair of glasses for a reasonable price! Highly reccomend.
Muhammad help me with my purchase of sunglasses and I must say I got the best deal! Definitely lower than all other competitor brands. He also provided direct billing. I highly recommend North Road optical for all your eye wear needs.
I went to this place to repair my sunglass. It was a quick repair and the gentleman in the store was super nice and did not charge anything.
