This is the worst GP ever in Cardiff, receptionist are really rude. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the past 3 days for a 7year old child with ear ache they not even giving me an after school appointment as he doesn’t want to miss school.they keep giving like a month ahead appointment by the time the appointment comes the patient will probably be well enough! incompetent doctors didnt even fill out my blood forms for a month, been 8 months still waiting on a normal blood test never go here
I’ve had positive experiences with all the doctors. Dr Stephen John Edwards’ insightful and empathetic manner towards my children makes him, in my opinion, the pinnacle of practice. The admin and reception staff have always been understanding and efficient.
Just want to say huge thank your to all receptionists. You are always kind, friendly helpful and always treat me a human. Amazing doctors as well (a specially Dr Meades, Dr McLean, Dr Edwards, Dr Morris and Dr Robert). Our lives are in your hands Thank you. 2
