I have been going to this company for over a decade. The people are nice but I do feel the customer service has gone down. It’s really with the scheduling of appointments from the front desk. My mom has had issues when a lady scheduled her and my sister at the same time so then my mom had to wait. Then I went today and had to wait an hour and ten minutes to get my teeth cleaned because somewhere on their end it was for scheduled for another day so I had to wait after another lady. This place has really gone down hill. No dentist on site for exam when getting teeth cleaned. Went for a filling and was told the dentist performing the filling was crowdsourced from an app! Billing is horrendous. $400 bill for cleaning and filling when my insurance pays 100% for cleanings/exams and 80% of fillings. Nobody can answer the phone when you call and nobody calls back when you leave a message. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all cost.
I must say I am very disappointed with the turnover at this practice and will not be returning. Dr. Mycroff was excellent but she has left and after my visit last week I will not be back. I had to have an extraction and was not offered anything for pain or an antibiotic, even to have on hand if needed. The extraction was Tuesday morning, I was given a mouth rinse that cost about $25 per bottle....so I called on Thursday morning at 8:23 am after I woke up with pain and swelling and spoke to Laura and ask for prescriptions to ... read more
