Really friendly and helpful people. We turned up out of the blue in our motorhome and with a 'mysterious' inverter related electrical fault. They were very quickly able to diagnose it to a fault in the inverter itself and as it was not long out of warranty I decided that I would give the manufacturer the chance to resolve it first. However, if we need to get a new inverter fitted I would not hesitate to go back to North Road Caravan and Motorhome to ask if they would fit it for us. Checked the gas installation on my DIY build. Fit me in and was accommodating around staying slightly later to let me drop it off after work

They were recommended to me by another Bailey owner, and I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone with a motorhome. I had bought parts to fit but due to back & knee problems needed to get the jobs completed. Not only did they fit parts but also upgraded some other parts.
Absolutely amazing team so very helpful with everything will definitely take my motorhome there from now on
