The dental assistant was very kind but she need more experience doing cleaning, The front lady need to be more profesional she was in her cell phone talking without a mask. Dentist need to be more professional she need to work with her personal hygiene and bad smell. Also the sanitation Of her and her staff they need to have the plastic shield mask I don’t know how I didn’t run away from that place! After this I will test for COVID for sure. Definitely I’m not going back.
They were late to open the doors, unorganized, and I kept being asked why I was there. The doctor was upset I would not let her extract my teeth because I wanted a referral. They make you fill the referral out yourself. Very unprofessional and hostile environment. The front desk girls are nice though.
Completely dishonest. I had been to multiple dentist who told me the the little black spots on my teeth are NOT cavities. One of them even told me that if another dentist treated them as cavities they were dishonest or incompetent. At this place they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to fill ten INEXISTENT cavities! I ran away and I to another dentist for a second opinion and they confirmed that I had ZERO cavities and I didn't even needed cleaning. Stay away!
Update Thank you to the owner for sending a public apology, I appreciate it. However, my issue has not been resolved. I requested a refund and reimbursement due to an extraction that was performed at this location and part of the tooth was left in my mouth and I had to have a 2nd extraction performed (not at this location). I have tried to handle this PRIVATELY to no avail. The doctor did also call to apologize and admit his error. If the choice.would.have been to.give no.stars. I would have.
