Poorly managed, never on time, if your appointment is for 9:30, be prepared to wait until 12:30 to be seen. Staff members don’t care, schedule somewhere else!
Both times, cataract with lense replacements Appt times were great, minimal waiting
12/16/25 My wife's appointment was at 11:00 for cataract surgery. They told us to be there by 9:30. We got there at 9:10 and checked in. At 10:35 they called my wife to the back. Why did we have to be here at 9:30 just to sit in the waiting room. Doesn't make sense. We drove from DeWitt which is hour and 45 minutes away. My wife couldn't eat anything after midnight. She's been without anything to eat or drink for 15 hours so far. She's a diabetic. I don't know if they scheduled to many surgeries, but I know this is ridiculou... read more
My main issue is with the anesthesiologist, excuse me the nurse pretending to be a anesthesiologist. She had zero ability to trouble shoot, and was too incompetent to make a decision. I hate that Dr. Leiblong will only use this comically managed surgery location, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. This has been the worst experience I have in a medical environment in ten years.
