My overall experience from beginning to end was very positive! The sign-up and move-in process was quick and easy, and the price was very reasonable. I even received a discount on the first month and a pro-rated refund when I checked out early. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough good stuff about this facility. The owners are some of the most understanding people I've had to interact with. I fell behind on my unit after a couple weeks in the hospital. I ultimately got about 4 months behind and had a bill of over $700. I made contact early explaining my situation and begged them to not auction my stuff.
