This is our second service call with this plumber. He was so helpful the first time so we called him again. We had a broken water pipe under our deck. Plumber explained that leak was from water freezing in pipe. He showed us the crack, saying that despite turning off the water for winter, water remained in the pipe and froze. He replaced our pipe and made it so water drains completely out the pipe when turned off. His bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Arthur was great. Answered his phone personally and was able to schedule me same day. In addition to fixing my toilet, he provided a comprehensive evaluation of all of our other household plumbing fixtures/equipment. Very thorough and a pleasure to work with.

Have you called a “local” plumber to find out that you’re really dealing with a large impersonal franchise? North River is a local guy who does the work himself. Many years of experience, Arthur really knows his stuff, and he’s a genuinely nice guy. He turned my Frankenstein plumbing into a professional job. Cannot recommend North River highly enough
