My husband had a appointment at 8:00a was first in the building. Watched 7 patients called back. I understand appointment types could makes a difference. But dont make it so obvious. I am in the dental care as well. I strive to make sure my staff keeps patients informed on the delay on check-in. Patient Service not so great.
