The staff is amazing. That went out of their way to assist my mother and I.
North River health campus has been home to my Father for four almost years. We have been pleased with his care, and many of the staff have become like family! I couldn’t imagine any other place for my dad. The family dining room is welcoming, and we are always pleased with the meals! What’s impressive is the theme dinners for residents and family gathering's once a month. We enjoy walks around the campus and it’s always a pleasure to be there!
We would recommend it to anybody, it is the next best thing to being home.
North River has brought my 95 year old mother back to life! She is here for inpatient rehab after a hospitalization. The staff here are top notch. They truly care about their patients as if they were their family. This holds true for the nurses, techs, therapists, housekeepers, and dining room staff. The facility is immaculate and feels more like a hotel than a healthcare facility. It is so wonderful to know that she is in a safe environment and I can go home and rest easy! I would highly recommend North River!!!
We’re so grateful for the compassionate care my grandma receives here. The staff is attentive, kind, and always keeps us updated. It’s comforting to know she’s in a place that truly feels like home. Highly recommend!
