The campus is gorgeous and very well maintained and my mother absolutely loved the staff. Unfortunately that’s where the positive attributes stop. My mother was staying solely for physical therapy rehab after a surgery and when her discharge date came, we were both very excited. However, when I came to pick her up she was very confused, having hallucinations, and was clearly over medicated. More importantly, she was completely non weight bearing. I am a traveling hygienist, and every time I visit this facility, the staff is incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They go above and beyond not only to support outside providers like myself, but—more importantly—to show genuine love, patience, and kindness to the residents. It’s clear this team truly cares, and it makes every visit a positive experience.

North River health campus has been home to my Father for four almost years. We have been pleased with his care, and many of the staff have become like family! I couldn’t imagine any other place for my dad. The family dining room is welcoming, and we are always pleased with the meals! What’s impressive is the theme dinners for residents and family gathering's once a month. We enjoy walks around the campus and it’s always a pleasure to be there!
