If this company is hurting for money, they should just say that. They took almost $1,000 and it’s been a year with no contact and no product. I truly hope my money went to a family in need. That’s the only way I will feel better about being completely robbed. Do yourself a favor and hire any other company. God bless the owner, I truly hope you turn to God. He will forgive you for stealing all these people’s hard earned money.
DO NOT!!!! make business with this company not only in less than a year the color of my fence completely faded and their employees damaged my gate putting holes and they refused to replace it. The owner Bobby Tackett never responds and the girl he has in customer service Maleya Tackett is very disrespectful. Beware of this company, once they take your deposit the owner (Bobby) and office manager (Renee) were impossible to deal with. I originally ordered a black fence as many in my neighborhood had this fence. The HOA then decided to enforce that I have a Bronze fence installed. I was told by then office manager (Dani) that the other fence would be the same price which she later told me was not true and she had given me wrong information. Update: it’s been 6 months and I am still pending my refund. This company has been giving me the biggest run around regarding refunding my deposit for a fence they failed to install as they were no call no show twice. Strongly recommend to seek elsewhere for service.
