I had my fence installed the first week of August 2025, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I had concerns about the installation and immediately tried reaching out to the company. For weeks, I called multiple times, followed up with several emails, and received no response. Well I hate to give reviews but it’s been months with no response. NRF installed my fence, and trouble from the beginning with a bent gate. Notify them but no response so just let it drop. Now as I’m having work in backyard o asked to have him remove them reinstall fence, actually spoke directly to him but again no follow up. Let it drop again had to do it myself, so now work is complete but there was some fence damage, reluctantly called got Jackie she says Bobby will respond by 5pm again no response Oh forgot a part I need... read more
The staff at North River Fence went above and beyond my expectations! I told them that the HOA had approved my Fence, they had a canceled and they were able to install it the same day. The installation team know what they are doing and are friendly, hardworking and professional. North River Fence gave me the lowest price bid, as well! I will refer them when asked!
