My experience thus far with this company has been every bit unprofessional. It's been 3 weeks since payment of deposit and still no installation. Followed up several times and I seem to always get the run around or simply left on hold until the line cuts off. I was first informed materials were received and someone will be contacting me to schedule the installation of our fence. That was 2 weeks ago. No one and I mean no one calls you back. We had high hopes hiring North River Fence, but unfortunately, our experience has been very frustrating. The work was left incomplete, and we’ve made numerous attempts to reach someone for resolution — through phone calls, emails, text messages, and even social media — all with no response. At this point, we’ve exhausted every avenue of communication. We still have a balance we’re willing to pay, but only after the remaining issues are addressed. This company did not do a good job at all . Left my yard a mess. Gate pole is crooked . Horrible customer service . Would not recommend.
